Where is the duffle bag made ?

How long does it take for my order to get made and send out?

All Bags are hand cut & sewn with high quality so please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping.

Returned package?

If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to reship a second time. Please double check your shipping address.

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost packages on the behalf of the delivery partner. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address , shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
